Virginia Surnames
Updated August 17, 2000
The following is a partial list of Virginia family surnames which Karen and I
have worked on during the years we have operated as "Virginia Family Research."
In order to keep this list manageable, We are only including the surname and primary
county(s) and time period involved. The purpose of this list is to give researchers
interested in Virginia families some idea of which surnames we may have some experience.
This list is only meant to be a starting point for discussion of possible genealogical
research. If anyone has questions about a particular Virginia family, they should
contact us through our response form available at www.virginiafamilyresearch.com.
Over the next few weeks and months (as time allows) we will add to this list
until it is complete.
